When will I receive my item?
We make every effort to get your items to you as soon as possible. We work with a number of different supplier partners across the country, and deal with items of all shapes and sizes. When you reach the checkout page, the estimated delivery timeframe will appear, and we make every effort to ensure this is accurate. However, delays, although unlikely, are possible. In this case you will be updated of any changes to the delivery date or time.
What if my item is damaged?
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. You should open the packaging in a manner that can easily be put back together, and that all items are checked before assembling. Damaged packaging may indicate that the product is also damaged. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to support@homeleaffurniture.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Also, the buyer may be liable for any costs associated with returning the item.
Do you offer a warranty with my purchase?
All items come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
If there is an issue with your item you can contact our support team at: support@homeleaffurniture.co.uk. To help us deal with your request as efficiently as possible we ask that you include your name, order number, brief description and images of the issue.
What about free delivery?
Receive free delivery on your purchase when you spend over £300!
Purchases under £300 are subject to a £20 delivery charge. Also, depending on your delivery address an additional surcharge maybe applied on top. More information about which post codes are affected are on the individual product pages.
What if I wish to cancel my order?
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. You (the buyer) are entitled to a 14 day return window starting from the delivery date of the product.
